To change your mailing preferences:
- Step 1: login to Virginia's Insurance Marketplace website at: https://enroll.marketplace.virginia.gov
- Step 2: Scroll down until you reach the “Notices” section and select the Go Paperless radio button for your Notices and/or the 1095-A form.
As a person in the application:
- Step 1: In the “Primary Contact Information” tab, scroll down until you reach the “Primary Contact Preferences.”
- Step 2: Update the “Preferred Method Communication” and/or the 1095-A form section(s) by selecting the radio button. Finish by pressing the “Save and Continue” button.
