Go to the Virginia's Insurance Marketplace website and click on Log in to existing account.
2. Click on Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your Virginia's Insurance Marketplace account and click Continue.
4. Follow the directions in your email to access your account. Be sure that you know the answer to the security question you selected when you first created your account. You will be asked to provide this answer.
b.) The second way to log in is to click on the yellow box “Get Covered” button on marketplace.virginia.gov
This will bring you to the following screen:
Click on “Log in to existing account” third rectangular box down on this screen. Clicking on “Log in to existing account” brings you to the “Log in” screen. Click on the Forgot Password? link. From here repeat steps 2 and 3.
Note: If you forgot the answer to your security question you will have to contact the Virginia's Insurance Marketplace Contact Center for Log In assistance to get back into your account. Please call 1-888-687-1501. Press 1 after “How can we help you today?” for Log In Assistance. A Virginia's Insurance Marketplace Customer Representative will be able to help you reset your password.
