How to add agents to your agency
Step 1: Navigate to your dashboard and select “Add a New Agent” under the “Agents” tab.
Step 2: Complete the Agent Information form with the agent’s details and click next. This is the agent that is being added to the agency.
Step 3: Complete the Agent Profile Information form with the agent’s details and click next. This is the agent that is being added to the agency.
You will receive an “Account Registration Complete” message and the agent will be placed into a “Pending” certification status.
How to confirm an agent’s certification status as an agency manager
Step 1: Log-in to your agency account and navigate to the Dashboard. Select “Agents” and then “View Agent List” to view each agent’s certification status.
Newly added agent next steps
Step 1: Agent will receive an email invitation to set up their agent account on the agent portal. It is important that the agent act as soon as possible as the invite expires in 24 hours.
Step 2: Click the invitation link in the email to create an agent portal account. The agent should be routed to the “New Account Set-Up” landing page.
Step 3: Select the method to receive a verification code. Email or phone call and click “Send Code.”
Step 4: Enter the verification code and click “Verify.”
Step 5: Complete the “New Agent Account Set-Up” and click “Submit.”
Step 6: The agent will land on their “Certification Status” page.
How to edit an agent’s profile as an agency manager
Step 1: Navigate to your dashboard and select “View Agent List” under the “Agents” tab.
Step 2: Search for the agent you wish to update be entering their first and last name and click “Go.”
Step 3: Click the “Gear” icon next to the agent’s name and select “Edit.” You can only edit agents with a certification status of “Certified.”
Step 4: Click “Edit” to update the agent’s information such as name, license number and expiration date, agent email address, primary number, business, or correspondence address and then “Save” to update the information. NOTE: Primary phone number is the number which will be displayed in the agent directory. Often the agency vs individual agent phone number is desired for the directory and would be updated via the primary phone number field.
